📦 Shipping Policy

We ship orders within 5 business days after payment is received. All shipments are handled via UPS and FedEx and include tracking information provided at the time of fulfillment.

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout or invoiced separately based on weight, size, and destination. Once a package is marked “delivered” by the carrier, MF Furniture LLC is not responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages. Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. If your package is missing after it is marked as “delivered” by the shipping carrier please contact them directly for further assistance.


🚫 No Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our business reselling liquidated merchandise, all sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been processed. All items are sold as-is, and conditions may vary (e.g., new, shelf-pulls, open-box, customer returns, or damaged).


Exceptions to Our No Returns Policy

We will review return or replacement requests only under the following conditions:

  1. Wrong Item Received
    If you received an item that was not what you ordered, please contact us within 14 days after delivery.
  2. Order Discrepancy
    If your order is missing items or significantly different from the product description or photos, report the issue with photo documentation within 14 days after delivery.

To qualify for an exception:

  • Contact us within 14 days after delivery.
  • Include your order number, a clear explanation, and photos of the received items and packaging.
  • If approved, we may issue a refund or a replacement.
